Paraprofessional position is currently available in Osseo, MN. This
contract role supports educational staff in delivering effective
instruction and assistance to students within the school
environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to
teachers in the classroom to enhance student learning. Assist with
implementing lesson plans and modifying activities to meet student
needs. Support students individually or in small groups,
reinforcing lessons and aiding comprehension. Help maintain a safe
and positive classroom environment. Monitor and assist students
during activities, transitions, and breaks. Qualifications:
Experience or training as a paraprofessional or in a similar
educational support role. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
Patience and adaptability in supporting diverse student needs.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team
setting. Relevant certifications or endorsements as required by
state or district guidelines are preferred. Location: Position is
based in Osseo, MN. This role offers the opportunity to contribute
