What you will be doing You ll be working independently and with our team to help your clients feel confident about their finances. You ll do this by: Prospecting for clients Working with clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information, which you ll then analyze to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products and services Maintaining relationships with clients who value your input and guidance Continuing your learning through ongoing education both locally with our firm and through our partnership with The Guardian Network-- nationally. Requirements Comfortable networking with people and building markets through connections Confidence in yourself and a drive to win A strong work ethic and high integrity Desire to help others achieve financial success through planning and protection Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and have a four‐year college degree As a Financial Advisor with MeritStone Financial we invest in your success.
