Who we're looking for:We are seeking a proven, experienced professional with an entrepreneurial vest and drive to make a difference to manage our Accounting and HR departments. This role is based in our offices in Minnetonka, MN (local candidates only please) and reports to the CEO. You will lead the creation, maintenance and presentation of the financial statements and budgeting process, as well as manage all day-to-day Accounting and HR needs. Plus, you will closely collaborate throughout the Company as we continually focus on growing and increasing efficiencies. What you'll get to do:

• Lead Finance, Accounting and Human Resources processes and practices
• Perform multiple-entity financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting
• Set key financial performance indicators and effectively communicate financial analysis and recommendations to management to improve financial performance
• Maintain financial statements/records of the business; responsible for the more complex financial analysis
• Develop and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures and implementing best practices
• Develop key reports for operations management
• Maintain and report on cash flow analysis and forecast
• Creatively approach and automate functions to improve efficiency
• Provide input and assist the collection agent as needed
• Supervise Accounting functions: accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and invoicing/accounts receivable
• Apply financial and market/industry knowledge and stay abreast of current trends
• Ad-hoc reporting as requested by CEO or other management team member What you'll need to succeed:-- Bachelor's degree required-- 5-10 years of experience in Accounting with supervisory experience required-- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a necessity-- Strong financial analytical skills-- Strong verbal communication skills-- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI-- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends-- Excellent attention to detail-- Positive "can do" attitude; an entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to dig in and get it done-- Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams-- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with little direction
