the way.Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and
financial metrics as well as performance measures
- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate
actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan,
forecast and budget
- Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning,
budgeting and forecasting
- Interface with business leaders and build relationships in
support of financial planning and performance measurement including
reporting and analysis
- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and
establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability
and cost efficienciesYou'll have access to the most comprehensive
data in the world. You'll need every bit of your knowledge and
skill to sift through it and find the trends that tell the
story.Required Qualifications: -
- Upcoming or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting or equivalent from an accredited
college/university. Other degrees are considered when accompanied
by experience or previous internships in finance
- Coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of
employment. Degree must be awarded and verified within 6-8 weeks
following the commencement date at your school
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company
sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work
authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates
requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

- Solid ability to work collaboratively across a matrix
environment to drive business performance
- Solid proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot
tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.)
- Demonstrated presentations, oral and written communication
skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and leadership potential
- Healthcare industry experience, or large company
experience
- Hyperion Essbase, SmartView and PeopleSoft experience
- Solid executive presence, communication and influencing skills
