Responsibilities:
- Understand the UnitedHealth Group financial process and become
an active participant in the management of its financials
- Analyze and report on financials and partner with senior
leaders to collaboratively manage budgets
- Assist with membership and revenue forecast and budget creation
for business leadership
- Collaborate with team and leadership to understand and
demonstrate complex concepts in ways that lead to understanding by
a variety of audiences
- Act as finance liaison for the delivery of budget and forecast
deliverables
- Assist with monthly close research and analysis
- Manage independent projects and working directly with Sr.
Management throughout Finance and UHG
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements
- Various ad hoc analyses and reports as necessaryYou'll have

interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field -
- 3+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis or
Consulting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and
Word
- Solid analytic background, attention to details, experience
managing big data sets
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize workload to
meet multiple hard deadlines
- Demonstrate the drive and motivation to deliver high quality
results based on thorough analysis
- Possess sound business knowledge and strong decision-making
skills
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

Qualifications:
- SAS or SQL experience
- Healthcare industry experience, or large company
experience
- Hyperion Essbase, SmartView and PeopleSoft experience
- Solid ability to work collaboratively and influence across a
matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense
management initiatives
- Solid executive presence, communication and influencing skills
with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in an effective manner, in person, via
email and in online Webex meetings
- Ability to collaborate with peers to share best practices and
