Roles & Responsibilities:
--- The Accounting Assistant role will specialize in the accounting processes for all vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
--- Assigns appropriate stock numbers to all incoming new and used vehicle inventory and loads them into DMS.
--- Processes Dealer Trade paperwork, issues payment, and ensures receipt of payment and MSO from other dealers.
--- Monitors new vehicle invoices and submits updated invoices to Controller for floorplan adjustments
--- Files invoices, MSO's, titles
--- Assists with floorplan audits
--- Ensures compliance of state, federal and/or local laws in signing off on MSO's and titles
--- Scanning and filing of various office documents
--- Other duties as assigned
