Job Description:
Job Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will
coordinate our Board of Directors & committee activities. You will
manage and coordinate all strategic and operational activities of
the President/CEO and Executive Team. You will document our
official corporate records of the board meetings. This is a
part-time position where you will work 10 to 20 hours a week to
support our President and Executive Team. How will you make a
difference? Manages activities of and communications with the Board
of Directors. Proactively provides Board members with the necessary
data, materials and resources necessary for them to fulfill their
fiduciary, strategic and generative responsibilities. Regularly
interfaces with Board Members, particularly the Executive
Committee, in planning annual and ongoing activities including
meetings and retreats. Has full responsibility for translating a
vision for the meeting/offsite to an actual event, including
speakers, consultants, agendas and all logistical details. Plans
and coordinates recruitment and orientation activities related to
new Board members. Coordinates quarterly Board of Director and
Committee meetings. Generates and distributes agendas and reports
prior to meetings as appropriate. What will you bring to
