the development and implementation of new products and approaches
to the healthcare marketplace that will improve people's lives. - -
During your summer internship, you will work with a high
performance team supporting a variety of mission critical
initiatives such as:The role reports to the Director of Marketing
Operations in all functions. The Marketing Operations team is
responsible for all sourced data, campaign technology, database
infrastructure, vendor management and reporting and analytics in
support of marketing awareness and lead generation
campaigns.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Hands-on day-to-day support of E&I's B2B marketing master
database and technology infrastructure
- Partner with multiple vendors, each playing a specific role in
the success of the marketing solution, to ensure data is
integrating as planned and balancing between vendors and
systems
- Troubleshoot with internal and external partners when issues
arise, taking the time to research, find root cause and develop
processes to minimize future issues
- Investigate and quickly solve for breakages in automated data
feeds, data inconsistencies, vendor related issues/interactions and
other reporting issues
- Manage scheduled and ad-hoc data processing activities to
ensure prospect, response, campaign, and sales data is structured
appropriately and stays current (ad hoc marketing list work, sales
rep productivity reports, etc.)
- Collaborate with campaign technology and lead management system
end-users and their managers to ensure end-user data and passwords
are maintained
- Manage and maintain lead routing data to ensure all leads are
routing to the appropriate sales rep as directed by sales
leadership
- Build and maintain the technical components of landing pages
and forms and the associated data - guiding others on the technical
requirements and adherence to processesYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Currently enrolled in a Graduate degree program (MBA, MHA or
MPH preferred) and scheduled to finish by June 2023
- Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
- Must be willing to work out of Minnesota or other corporate
office location
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in strategy,
management consulting, product or general management in a
healthcare related field is preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company
sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work
authorization -(F-1 students with practical training and candidates
requiring -H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

structure and management
