challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage editorial calendar across the sales communications
platform including newsletters, emails, agent portal and other
communications
- Project management support for sales communications,
recruiting, and sales experience initiatives including distribution
list management, e-mail deployment support, and ad hoc needs
- Develop content for weekly agent newsletter by translating
complex information into simple and compelling articles
- Support creation of local rollout materials, including
messaging and creative content that promote the UnitedHealthcare
value proposition
- Manage communications review process by routing content to
required reviewers and subject matter experts. Ensure required
feedback is incorporated into final copy
- Meeting and event project management support including drafting
content, updating project plan, and coordinating materials for
events
- Use quantitative and qualitative measurement/evaluation
processes to assess the effectiveness of communications (e.g., web
and email analytics, surveys, focus groups, site visits, direct
feedback)
- Update and distribute reporting to track key metrics and
trends
- Contribute to the broader sales communications team through
cross-team initiatives
- Support the communications team as needed with research, event
planning and execution
- Adhere to applicable internal and external communications
standards established for the business (e.g., internal style
guides, AP style guides, communication industry standards)
- Marketing, creative writing and proofreading supportYou'll be

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of marketing
or--corporate communications experience
- 1+ years of marketing experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft
PowerPoint
- Ability to work in the office in Minnetonka, MN--2-3x a week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)--in mass communications--or
English
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook,
Twitter, and others
- Experience in the health care industry
- Knowledge of MedicareSoft Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills with a proficiency in
Associated Press style
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Creative thinking, the ability to understand the relationships
and interconnections among projects, and logistics management are
crucial success factors
- Navigates across a complex organization to find
information
- Self-driven and resourceful
