Job Description:
Our client in Barron is seeking a Temporary Customer Service
Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving
abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully
within the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Barron, WI Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What's the Job? Coordinate and process all organizational, sales,
and customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. Enter customer
orders into the mainframe system via phone or fax, including order
modifications and updates. Provide delivery instructions to
transportation teams and update customer master data as needed.
Communicate proactively with customers, sales teams, and logistics
personnel to ensure timely service. 10 Month Assignment, could go
longer depending on leave of absences within the company. What's
Needed? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a
fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and
manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially
Excel. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and
