Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available in Saint Paul, MN, providing support for elementary
students' speech and language needs. This contract position offers
the chance to work in a dynamic educational setting, supporting a
diverse caseload with various speech and language challenges.
Location: Elementary school setting in Saint Paul, MN Job Duration:
Current school year (CSY) contract Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week,
typically 8:15am to 4:15pm Caseload: Approximately 65 students,
including support for center-based programming Licensure: Active
MDE School Certification (required) Responsibilities include: -
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across
diverse needs - Manage and support a caseload of elementary
school-aged children - Collaborate with educational staff to
develop and implement individualized speech-language goals -
Support students both in classrooms and specialized program
settings Additionally, there is an opportunity for a part-time
vocal SLP at the same elementary school, with hours to be
determined. Separate from the elementary setting, a Birth to 2
years old SLP position is also available: - Contract from ASAP
until 6/30/26 - 37.5 hours per week, typically 8am to 4pm -
Caseload involves 12 children served through Individualized Family
Service Plans (IFSP), focusing on developmental delay - Service
delivery primarily occurs in 15-18 homes weekly - Expertise in
early intervention and working with developmental delays is
essential Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred -
Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) School Certification active
- Experience supporting elementary-aged students, especially in
center-based programs - Expertise in early childhood intervention
(Birth-2) with IFSP caseloads a strong advantage - Strong caseload
management skills and ability to work collaboratively with
multidisciplinary teams This is a rewarding opportunity to make a
