Overview: Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for
a full-time, onsite role at an elementary school serving students
from Kindergarten through 8th grade. This is a full-semester
contract located in Burnsville, MN. The role involves working
directly with a diverse student population, including 36 in-person
students and 10 virtual students, with the potential to conduct
additional evaluations that may increase caseload numbers. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide individualized speech-language therapy
services to K-8 students both onsite and virtually. - Conduct
comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language needs. -
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet
student-specific goals. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other educational staff to support student progress. - Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and
state regulations. Desired Qualifications: - Valid and current SLP
certification/license appropriate for school settings. - Experience
working with elementary-aged students, particularly K-8. - Ability
and willingness to provide onsite services exclusively. - Skilled
in managing mixed caseloads with both in-person and virtual
students. - Strong communication and organizational skills,
including conducting evaluations. Location: Burnsville, MN - Onsite
