Relevant circuits include ASIC library cells such as logic, registers, and I/O cells; memories; op amp, ADC, DAC, PLL, SERDES and DDR circuits and supporting digital functions. - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - - - - -Design enablement for efforts to translate customer designs into Honeywell's ASIC technology (RTL to GDSII) - - - - - - - Develop and maintain physical views, models, and Honeywell internal tools/scripts - - - - - - - Working knowledge of ASIC back-end methodologies - - - - - - - Develop and maintain regression suite for toolkit releases - - - - - - - Present and participate in project phase gate reviews - - - - - - - Prepare Documentation - - - - - - - Mentor junior engineers -U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE--- - - - - - - - Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering--- - - - - - - - 5 years of ASIC Design experience--- - - - - - - - Ability and willingness to work on-site (Hybrid, 3+) at eithero - - - the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility (zip code 55441)o - - - the Honeywell Clearwater, FL facility (zip code 33764)--- - - - - - - - Previously held USG Secret security clearance in good standing, or, no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance is required [non-citizens are ineligible for clearance] -Paid Relocation to Plymouth, MN or Clearwater FLWE VALUE--- - - - - - - - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering--- - - - - - - - Experience with digital IC design flow integration using Synopsys, Siemens and Ansys tools--- - - - - - - - Strong scripting language skills - e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL--- - - - - - - - Experience with Siemens Physical Verification tools and methods--- - - - - - - - Strong technical problem-solving skills--- - - - - - - - Windows OS and LINUX OS and Microsoft office suite tools proficiency --- - - - - - - - Effective and clear communication skills and good ability to work with others--- - - - - - - - Work accurately with excellent attention to detail--- - - - - - - - Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and follow up on responsibilities--- - - - - - - - Self-starter who requires minimal oversight --- - - - - - - - Advanced node and SOI CMOS technology design experienceAdditional Information
