Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting process optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Near Eau Claire, WI Pay Range: 90,000 to 110,000 What's the Job? Develop, own, and maintain mass and energy balances for assigned processes Provide technical process expertise to support development of new ingredients aligned with market demands Build, maintain, and improve technical process documentation Drive sustainability initiatives with emphasis on energy efficiency and process optimization Support innovation efforts, including scale-up and implementation of new products from pilot to commercial scale What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing/Bioproducts Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field Preferred 2 years of experience in industrial wet processes, chemical or food manufacturing Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and globally when managing complex processes Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities What's in it for me?
