Radisson Hotel Group Americas is embarking on a strategic
digital agenda aimed at transforming the way we engage with guests
throughout their travel experience. We see digital technologies as
powerful tools to help millions of guests plan their travel, enjoy
their stay, and keep connected post stay.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to drive
the Radisson Hotel Group Americas' global digital acquisition
strategy to maximize online traffic and revenue through paid and
organic search, metasearch, display, affiliate marketing, social
channels, and email/app messaging.
We are looking for a digital marketing leader who is obsessed with
understanding how digital marketing is transforming the landscape
of marketing. He/she is eager to understand how data, conversion
marketing, customer segmentation, and emerging ad technology works
together to drive new customer growth. Analyzing campaign results
to inform strategic decisions is a key requirement. Strong
leadership, outstanding communication skills and the ability to own
agency and vendor relationships are important attributes within
Responsibilities and Functions:
Leads the development and execution of digital acquisition
strategies for multiple brands.
-Develops digital acquisition strategies and tactics across SEM,
SEO, meta-search, display, re-targeting, affiliates, and social
media; executes through agency partners.
-Leverages proprietary data and customer insights to inform and
target appropriate campaigns.
-Ensures consistency and quality of brand messages across multiple
networks, tactics and channels.
-Identifies new channel opportunities, potential vendors, and
negotiates contracts and agreements to support them.
-Leads the digital channels analytics approach, strategy and
Defines and achieves the budget and KPIs for each channel.
-Establishes digital media benchmarks & KPIs for markets to evolve
media and digital media mix in alignment with consumer media
behavior across all channels & formats.
-Develops/manages revenue and expense budgets, adjusting forecasts
on an ongoing basis.
-Analyzes results through online analytics tools in conjunction
with analytics team member and agency: optimizes accordingly.
Leads a team comprised of internal team members and agency partners
and collaborates effectively.
-Evaluates, coaches and develops an internal team of direct and
indirect reports and several agency partners.
-Coordinates contracts for new vendors and supports the development
of RFPs for all new acquisition initiatives.
-Collaborates with brand and digital teams to build strategic,
multi-channel media plans.
- Educates internal stakeholders regarding digital media platforms
and mix; partner with brand marketing teams to identify test &
learn opportunities with key vendors and categories of

Requirements and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree, required.
-10+ years of digital media and SEO experience.
-Direct agency management and contract management experience,
-Experience using analytics and measurement to inform data-driven
decisions for organizations, required.
-Direct financial stewardship experience managing
multi-million-dollar media budgets, required.
-Sets the highest personal performance standards for self and
