and Transformation serves as a trusted voice and advisor to lead
the Medical Affairs senior team in leading the strategy to
articulate the business stories to achieve business goals and key
strategic initiatives. -In this role, you will be working with the
Medical Affairs Chief of Clinical Modernization and Transformation
in driving efforts in advancing our mission to better serve our
members and patients through clinical innovation and

- Creating key relationships across lines of business and UHG
corporate medical affairs to facilitate the advancement of a
data-driven approach in clinical transformation and modernization
efforts
- Developing enterprise-wide collaboration efforts in advancing
key clinical efforts to advance quality and best practices to best
support quality, clinical technology, clinical workforce
development, health equity
- Defining KPIs, common metrics, and standards for clinical
quality, safety, and quality essential to clinical modernization
and transformation
- Develop, manage, and evolve enterprise-level organizational
process & infrastructure to support the successful strategic
enablement of quality, safety, and value demonstration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, strategy,
healthcare operations, medical group, health plans)
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across
functions and with all levels of the organization, business units,
clinical and non-clinical teams; proven skills in executive level
reporting, business intelligence, analytics, clinical outcomes
reporting, quality dashboarding
- Track-record of success with change management and healthcare
economics in a healthcare setting
- Highly developed persuasion and influence skills; able to
influence without authority -
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills
(written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity
and autonomy; flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects,
deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing and
evolving work environmentPreferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Data literacy and experience with analytics platforms such as
Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO
- Proven aptitude for and facility with change management and
care transformation processes
- Presentation skills to effectively communicate roadblocks,
successes, and overall program summaries
- Coachability and flexibility to operate in a highly dynamic
environment
- Analytical thinker with ability to perform root cause analysis,
prepare and implement action plans, and lead initiatives
- Willingness, desire, and ability to supervise with aptitude for
coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammate performance
and skills to foster a positive work environment

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $134,200 to
$257,700. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$134,200 to $257,700. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
