It's an opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm)As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing on foundational product lifecycle principles centered around new and existing claim delivery channels. -you will perform all duties as assigned relative to successful execution and implementation of foundational capabilities with both internal and external partners. -You will serve as a bridge across products and clients while working closely with the Architect & Development Team, key customer stakeholders, subject matter experts and all operational sales and support teams. -You will share responsibility for managing the beta and formal launch of new enhanced product functionality and new strategic product lines. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

• Works with matrix partners to translate required capabilities into concrete operational processes and measurement plans; Interprets vision and translates into requirements for engineering teams; Validates requirements with marketplace via pilots and beta groups; Proactively identifies needs/priorities of audience and provides relevant information when sharing insights, including facts and explanation of decisionmaking criteria
• Tells the story of the product both internally and externally; Provides subject matter expertise; Joins sales team on calls to offer expertise
• Identifies opportunities to leverage technology to improve product capabilities; Shares learnings with others to influence change
• Accurately translates technical terms and concepts to nontechnical stakeholders; Effectively represents technical
• challenges and opportunities to external and internal stakeholders; Leverages insights to adjust timelines and resource allocation
• Prioritizes roadmap and articulates a logical, iterative approach to delivering the customer solution

  • 2+ years ofexperience in a product management role
  • 2+ years ofexperience working with scrum teams in an Agile framework
  • 2+ years ofworking with virtual teams
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in the EDI or payer space
  • Experience with setting new integrations between productsPreferred Qualifcations:
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
