life's best work.(sm)The Creative Project Manager is responsible
for the ownership of Medicare Advantage Group Retiree marketing,
brand and creative projects, working collaboratively with the
Creative Producer. The role will serve as the primary connection
point between the Brand & Creative team and Marketing partners. The
work includes developing and maintaining project plans, and
ensuring all work meets business objectives, deadlines and budget
parameters. -If you are located in Minnesota, you will have the
flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
-Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Brand & Creative,
Marketing/Enterprise stakeholders and agency partners
- Maintain ownership of projects and is responsible for ensuring
work meets established objectives, project timelines and budget
parameters
- Establish comprehensive project work plan resource needs,
budgets and milestones. Drives accountabilities with the working
creative teams
- Secure all resources for assigned projects based on project
scope, timing and budget
- Procuring and managing SOW's, estimates and invoices for
agencies to ensure budgets are maintained
- Monitor and report project progress across assigned business
and partners to remove roadblocks and ensure project success
- Manages internal/external resource utilization and project
prioritization; making adjustments to resources and timing as
necessary
- Maintain expert-level understanding and adherence to all
established processes and best practices
- Capable of leading highly complex projects involving multiple
channels -
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the business
- Contribute strategic insights to inform the development of
effective creative strategiesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for

in.Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing creative projects in an ad
agency or marketing department
- 4+ years of experience in a role demonstrating advanced
knowledge of the creative design and production process
- 4+ years of experience with brand marketing and
applications
- 4+ years of experience multi-channel marketing campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in a role maintaining project deadlines
across a complex and diverse set of projects
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced dynamic environment in a
role demonstrating highly effective communications -

Qualifcations:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or
Marketing
- Marketing or creative project management experience within a
matrix organization
- Familiar with PMP tools and workflow
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to establish and maintain highly effective
relationships across a wide variety of business and creative
partners
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Solution oriented problem solver who brings strategic thinking
and collaboration that ensures delivery of effective results
- Proactive approach to managing projects
- Excellent written and oral communication
