- P&L Management through revenue and margin levers to achieve
forecast targets -
- Product owner/leader (SME) across the organization - -crafting
value proposition, ensuring delivery of outcomes and continuously
monitoring/improving performance -
- Manage two categories of products, portfolio across M&R
(Medicare & Retirement) and AARP segments -
- Leading teams across large, complex matrix organization
- Ability to leverage clinical knowledge to sustain product
vision and communicate key messages across multiple stakeholders,
including external customers as needed -You'll be rewarded and

challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to
succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles
you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree -
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a P&L
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations - -balancing
multiple stakeholders and success metrics -
- Clinical services experience -Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Care Management or Population Health experience

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to
$176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
