Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The Creative Project Manager-Part-Time position -is the glue that holds the entire project together, facilitating the exchange of information between our partners and the creative team. They are responsible for the day-to-day project management/project flow starting with a Creative Brief through execution for all creative initiatives including content, collateral, videos and photography. This role must have a keen eye for great creative yet be comfortable with tactical tasks like tracking budgets and catalogue/maintain the archive and electronic files. -To succeed in this role, the Creative Project Manager should have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, as they will be collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver results on deadlines.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creative Project Intake/Set up: set up project files, research and gather project background for kick off / team discussion
  • Draft strategic Creative Brief articulating and simplifying the creative assignment
  • Traffic Management: manage overall project timelines -
  • Content Routing and approvals: route all content through each phase to SMEs and -legal for approval
  • Coordinate freelance staff (as needed)
  • Assist in the maintenance of infrastructure systems: -
    • Assist overall digital asset management (DAM) with Getty and video
    • Manage Release Form process and primary legal contact -
    • Workfront project management tool
    • Proofread all projects and assess final quality for all material before finalizing/sending to project owner -
    • Manage budgets as necessary
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for archive purposesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree -
      • 4+ years of experience on a project management team or similar role
      • 4+ years of experience organizing project meetings, tracking, planning and scheduling -
      • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
      • Must have Workfront
      • Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
      • Familiar with the creative process -
      • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansPreferred Qualifications:
        • Knowledge of process improvement techniques -
        • Marketing, agency or creative background
        • Client service / account management orientation -
        • Comfortable operating in a collaborative environment that encourages engagement, participation, and open dialogue
        • Works well in a fast-paced, sometimes undefined setting -
        • Self-starter who's detail oriented/organized and can work independently to move projects successfully forward
        • Solid organizational skills, including prioritizing and time-management -
        • Ability to recognize necessary changes in priority of tasks and allocation of resources, and bring them to the attention of leadership, as required

The salary -range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
