The OpportunitySambatek is currently seeking an individual who enjoys client relationships to work with our existing clients and form new relationships. We are looking to expand with our client's needs. The successful candidate will be working in Minnetonka Field Services as part of the surveying service team. We have a wide range of services including: public/private, commercial, residential, municipal, utility, and energy. This is a business development position that would involve proposal preparation along with budget cost. A successful project would be passed along to a project manager to lead and supported by the other staff to execute the deliverables. Your role also includes following up with the client to make sure they received the excellent service that makes Sambatek proud. Work Location: Hybrid or Remote, light travel possible Qualified candidate will:

• Maintain and expand the field services practice
• Develop new business by collaborating with other internal disciplines
• Project management (minimal)
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and empowerment to project managers
• Oversee client relationships, client development, and client retention
• Prepare and/or authorizes proposals, project budgets, and client presentations on major projects
• Review and comment on proposals/budgets with other client service managers
• Remain at the forefront of emerging industry practices
• Mitigate team conflict and communication problems
• Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to meet their needs
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Experience in:
    • Survey industry required
    • Private and public sectors
    • Client service and development
    • Project management
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Office 365 Suite
    • Strong understanding of financial management
    • Well-developed conflict resolution skills
    • Effective written & verbal communication skills and independent judgment
    • Excellent time management skills, plus ability to change focus quickly during a typical day
    • Positive and solution-oriented approach to problems Physical Demands and Work Environment
      • Work is primarily performed in an office environment
