initiatives and activities aligned to UHC's talent management and
planning strategies. As part of the UHC Employee Experience team,
this role supports talent management and planning work, processes
and outcomes in an environment that relies on and promotes
collaboration and teamwork. -You'll enjoy the flexibility to

tough challenges.Partner to deliver talent actions for:
- Talent identification
- Individualized development planning and talent investments
- Succession management
- Executive and pipeline development -
- Strategic workforce planningPrimary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Employee Experience leaders to design and
implement strategies/solutions to address talent mobility and
development
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders on programmatic,
operational, and project activities
- Design, manage and deliver activities and collateral to support
the implementation and oversight of talent planning (e.g. talent
reviews, succession planning, talent profile coordination)
- Collaborate to develop educational materials, resources and
communications for People Business Partners and people leaders
- Utilize metrics from Talent Analytics to report, analyze and
deliver talent insights that inform business decisions and talent
priorities
- Implement/support change management processes to drive adoption
of talent processes and products
- Manage/utilize applicable technology to facilitate talent
processes (e.g., performance management, talent management,
surveys, TalentSuite, etc.)
- Collaborate with applicable vendor partners to ensure/enhance
delivery of talent solutions as needed
- Embed UnitedHealth Group's Common Language of Leadership when
designing/developing talent management experiences, programs and

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
- 3+ years talent management or People Business Partner
experience
- Experience leveraging MS Teams, SharePoint or alternative data
storage technology
- Project management success
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to
$176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
