Job DescriptionI am currently working with an internationally-based manufacturing company that is searching for a Finance Manager to join the team. This individual will lead the provision of cost analysis, standard cost development, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month end closing and reporting.This role will be initially remote, and then will be based in Minnesota. This individual will be required to travel internationally for the first several weeks in the role, and then quarterly.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Planning and direction of all finance and accounting operations of the companyHiring, training, and supervision of finance and administrative employeesInterprets financial information to ensure company performance and that business objectives are metAnalysis of the market for business opportunitiesDevelopment of automated reporting and forecasting tolls to drive effcient use of dataLeadership of annual budgeting and quarterly forcasting processRequired international travelAdditional duties as required/assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance leadership role within a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of GAAP and audit standardsUnderstanding of systems analysis, its principles, design and methodsExperience with accounting information systems, Syspro experience is a plus!Excellent time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of project management leadershipExperience working within a start-up environment is preferred, but not requiredPlease submit a resume for consideration.
