  • Own end-to-end delivery of new products and capabilities.
    • Define product business case, vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
    • Translate market and consumer needs into product requirements.
    • Partner with Optum Consumer Office and Enterprise Marketing Leaders to drive meaningful consumer-centric transformation.
    • Leads cross-functional team to enable consumer-centric products and experiences across people, process, and technology.
    • Develops relationships and influence stakeholders to drive change across the organization to modernize operations in support of consumer-centric products and experiences.
    • Develop and operationalize functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities.
    • Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems outside own team
    • Facilitate progress and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups (internal and external) and functional areas to deliver key products, services or process improvements for consumers.
    • Leverage agile and iterative approaches to deliver continuous consumer value.
    • Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
      • Must be willing to work out of our Minnetonka, MN corporate office
      • Relevant work experience in strategy, management consulting, product or general management in a health care related field
      • Strong history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders and exhibiting executive presence.
      • Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems.
      • Ability to champion continuous change, consult with versatility, exhibit personal leadership and model a customer orientation

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
