IFP FP&A group and is accountable for the performance and
direction through multiple layers of management and senior level
professional staff within the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) and
Community & State (C&S) Finance teams. The job scope includes
directing the development and execution of operational Finance
strategies with a focus on developing and communicating membership
& financial close and forecast results to executive leaders within
the IFP health plans and National leadership team. This role
understands detailed financial and membership metrics on a market
by market basis in order to support business leaders' understanding
of the overall performance drivers of a health plan. You'll enjoy
the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as
you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct IFP FP&A team of associate directors,
managers and analysts (roughly 5+ FTEs)
- Provides financial support to IFP health plan leaders,
including quarterly forecasts, month-end close reviews, as well as
additional ad hoc market specific support
- Facilitates coordination with leaders across the functional
areas to support IFP health plans, including financial reviews of
business performance and market deep dives
- Utilizes extensive knowledge of individual markets across the
IFP portfolio and respective market dynamics to provide high
quality financial support and insights to key stakeholders
- This role works cross-functionally to identify problems and
develops strategies to mitigate business risks as part of the
financial planning process You'll be rewarded and recognized for

in. Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
Business or related field
- 5+ years of healthcare / finance / accounting or similar
experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience executing and delivering on strategic analytical
initiatives within a large-matrixed environment
- Proficient working with MS Excel including advanced formulas,
pivot tables, macros Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple, complex and competing priorities
and projects
- Demonstrated success partnering with, leading and influencing

salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New
York City, or Washington residents is $118,000 to $226,800. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
