Medicare plan can be complicated and hard to navigate, making what
is an already a challenging experience for the consumer that much
harder and stressful. The Medicare and Retirement (M&R) Digital
Acquisition Product Management and Analytics leader will be
responsible for using product management best practices and data
analytics to set the vision, develop and implement a simple and
trusted consumer digital shopping and enrollment experience. The
M&R Digital Acquisition Product Management and Analytics leader
will leverage insights and analytics to develop a strong
understanding of consumer behavior and partner across the M&R
business to define and execute an improved consumer shop and enroll
experience. This role involves partnering with cross-functional
teams throughout the process of problem identification, solution
development, implementation, and measurement. The individual in
this role will be expected to use Direct to Consumer (DTC)
marketing best practices (in terms of content, design, shopping
tools and sales conversion) as well as agile methodologies to
transform the Medicare shopping and enrollment experience at speed
and scale. This role will also be responsible for driving a clear
DTC benefit / value proposition, a best-in-class shopping
experience, higher sales conversion rate, and an easy connection
into membership. The right candidate thrives in a customer-focused,

focused on digital, the charter of this role will be to partner
with the broader sales leadership team (telesales and agent /
external distribution) to create an omni-channel experiences for
our consumers. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from
anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define the M&R digital acquisition vision, goals and
benefits and then track KPI's to measure success and outcomes
- Develop and execute on the digital acquisition product strategy
and roadmap
- Establish long term strategic direction for digital acquisition
products /experiences based on consumer insights, research, user
data and business needs
- Proactively identify new customer needs and define the
capabilities that will meet / solve those needs
- Build and manage the product backlog for optimal value, making
trade-offs as needed based on product vision, team capacity and
desired business outcomes
- Manage digital acquisition products and experiences, and
lifecycle from conception to release, work with agile teams to
iterate and build best in class experiences
- Use data to drive decisions and outcomes and to deliver viable
solutions; use A/B and multi-variate testing to learn fast and
pivot
- Leverage consumer, operational, and marketing data to drive
business outcomes
- Partner with implementation teams to flawlessly roll out new
capabilities and MVPs and then work to scale
- Define, track, and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs).
Ensure the correct data and tools are being leveraged to track the
performance of products, experiences, and related
sub-processes
- Build collaborative relationship with the extended M&R
business partners including Marketing, Operations, Design, Product,
IT, and the extended Sales team
- Develop and maintain regular communications and management
routines with executive leadership and business partners
- Serve as a thought leader within the team and the broader
M&R Sales organization You'll be rewarded and recognized for

in. Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years working in product management to deliver solutions
using agile principles and methodologies and working with software
development teams
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations
- Experience turning complicated inputs into a clear,
communicable vision that deliver user/member and clear business
value
- Experience explaining consumer behavior by interpreting digital
analytics and A/B testing
- Experience absorbing and making sense of large amounts of data,
information and perspectives to direct decision making
- Experience building and maintaining performance dashboards
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams comprising
designers, product managers, project managers, marketers, data
analysts and engineers
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills that align with an
Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) based approach Preferred
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree; MBA or Masters
- Healthcare industry experience
- Direct Marketing experience with a track record of generating
sales and leads
- Development and implementation experience with the Less and
SAFe Agile frameworks
- Experience working remote working and leading remote /
geographically dispersed teams
- Design Thinking (IDEO, d.School Double Diamond, etc.,)
- Voice of Customer (VoC) Technologies (Qualtrics, Medallia,
iPerceptions, Adove, etc.)
- Ability to develop sound business cases to obtaining
funding
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with
ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including
addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioningwith
business and technology leaders

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or
Washington residents is $142,300 to $273,200. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
