Services at Elder Homestead. - -The Director of Healthcare -is
accountable for providing leadership in all aspects of the
provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance
and service excellence. - As a member of leadership, the position
also serves in a manager on duty role as needed. We are offering a

- Oversees Resident Care
- Ensures Clinical Compliance
- Manages nursing department and budget
- Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing
department
- Leads and/or performs coordination of resident care
- Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy Required
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual

- Registered as an RN in the state of employment
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- One years experience in nursing supervisory or nursing
management in an assisted living or equivalent. - At Elder
