Emerald Crest of Minnetonka has a wonderful opportunity for an
experienced Registered Nurse, -Director of Health Services (DHS) to
join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering a
$7,500 Bonus.This will be a shared position between both Emerald
Crest of Victoria and Emerald Crest of Minnetonka.As the Registered
Nurse, -Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical
team in providing excellent care for the residents at Emerald Crest
of Minnetonka. You will be responsible for organizing, directing,
implementing and evaluating the clinical program to deliver
exceptional resident care and services in line with regulations and
clinical best practices. This position plays an essential role in
bringing to life the mission and values of Cassia to guide the
clinical team to provide the highest level of customer excellence
to our residents.This is a -Full-Time, benefit eligible
position.Pay: -$86,000 - $95,000 / year depending on experienceRN
Director of Health Services (DHS) responsibilities:
Complete initial assessment of
potential Memory Care residents.Create and implement individual
Care Plan for each resident.Ensure residents' rights are protected
and advocates on their behalf.Communicate with healthcare
providers, county personnel and family regarding residents' current
needs and health status.Take fiscal responsibility for setting and
staying within budget for nursing and care-related areas.Monitor
and maintain resident charts and progress notes.Oversee ordering,
set up and administration of all medications.Fulfill staffing
requirements for nursing department including hiring, evaluation
and scheduling.Provide health and medication training to all
nursing personnel as well as continued education and documents
teaching and training assuring compliance with current
regulations.Oversee and conduct supervision of nursing staff
including employee guidance, coaching and discipline to maintain
high standard of care and positive work environment.RN Director of
Health Services (DHS) skills and requirements:
Must hold and maintain a current
license to practice as -Registered Nurse (RN) -in
-Minnesota.Experience in memory care preferred.Experience
supervising staff preferred.Strong leadership skills.Must be able
to communicate effectively with residents, family members and staff
while promoting a positive atmosphere in the nursing

Cassia provides an on-call nurse from
5pm to 7am Monday through Friday. 24-hour coverage on weekends
(Saturday and Sunday). There is also coverage one Monday through
