full-time Customer Service Account Manager to process & enter sales
orders, address and resolve customer inquiries and problems,
provide order updates, and build strong relationships with key

honesty, fun, and achievement.A Day in the Life of the Customer
Service Account ManagerYou will spend your day completing a variety
of tasks, including:Processing customer orders by reviewing them
for accuracy and entering them into the ERP systemVerifying
availability of products to determine what is in stock or to
provide customers accurate lead timesHandling various customer
inquiries such as pricing, freight cost, shipping information, and
inventoryProviding customers with order and delivery updates
Facilitating customer complaints, including arranging product
returns and issuing creditsProviding support to our field sales
representatives and serve as a back up to our other Customer
Service Representatives as neededWhat You'll Need to be Successful
at Fenix Group SPCA High School Diploma 2-4 years of order entry
and customer service/account management experienceThe ability to
work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN locationStrong attention to
detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage several
projects at onceA passionate and positive can do attitude,
willingness to learn, to teach, and to be a change agent within the
company. An ability to work within a team environment and help the
team become betterProficiency in Microsoft Office products
Effective verbal and written communication skills
