Manager Data Workflow and DeliveryJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a -Manager -Data Workflow and Delivery for a -contract-to-hire position in -Minnetonka, MN.Position Summary: -Manager Data Workflow and Delivery is responsible for the organization's ETL, Managed File Transfers (MFT) and batch jobs, and Business Reporting systems including software and hardware. The Data Workflow and Delivery team is responsible for resolving break/fix issues within the systems. The position is responsible to recommend, implement, configure, maintain, and support of the systems. Provides input to strategic direction that impact the functional areas of responsibility. Responsible for financial acumen of functional area including forecasting and actuals. Capable of resolving escalated issues and requiring coordination and collaboration with other teams. Reports to Director of IT Operations and accountable for leading product team including; Product Owner, Scrum Master and Engineers.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Lead the Data Workflow and Delivery function
• Responsible for system design and deployment of new technology and processes that would contribute to cost savings and/or productivity improvements, administration and development of system policies and standards, and proactive management of data security to protect corporate data
• Recruit and train employees, develop personal growth opportunities, provide leadership for employee relations, effectively communicate job expectations, coach, train, counsel and discipline employees and developer, coordinate and enforce systems and policies
• Motivate staff to accomplish important objectives and multiple demands and creates a sense of urgency in all task
• Develop systems and tools for effective task execution
• Hold the Data Workflow and Delivery team accountable for their deliverables and ensure that projects are delivered by agreed timelines
• Participates in recommending/implementing DevOps tooling Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of managerial responsibilities
  • Broad knowledge of the field with proven management skills
  • Able to resolve issues and contribute to unit development
  • Experience with Manager File Transfer, and Enterprise Scheduling (required)
