Overview:The Dental Specialists Deephaven Endodontics Specialty located in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.Responsibilities:Preferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team playerDental insurance knowledge is a plusWork Schedule:Monday: 6:30 - 3:45pm - Maple GroveTuesday: 6:30 - 3:45pm - Maple GroveWednesday: OFFThursday: 6:30 - 4:45pm - DeephavenFriday: 6:30 - 3:45pm - DeephavenCompany Information:Continuing Education:The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members including required courses such as CPR, and OSHA Annual Retraining.
