--You will help agents understand all of our systems, processes,
and the "secret sauce" that gets even unlicensed---agents to sell 5
homes in their first 6 months with us! Most of our agents are
selling 18+ homes a year, with many of them selling over 30+ homes
a year! You will also help fill other positions on our team as we
continue to grow - ensuring that we always have the right person
situated in the right seat on our team!

--- Please note, that this role is not remote and you must be
living in the Twin Cities Metro area. The pay structure is also
broken into a base salary + bonus structure.

Responsibilities:
--- Set Weekly Appointments/Meetings with Prospective Agents
--- Strategy & Productivity Info Session/Interviews (Coffee, Info
Session or Lunch/HH) meeting with Licensed Agents in Person and via
Zoom and continue to close agents to join that meet core values
--- Daily Follow-Up Phone Calls to Licensed Real Estate Agents in
Twin Cities - Minnesota
--- Calls and notes logged daily and pipelines worked effectively
in our CRM
--- Oversee supporting recruiting efforts (internal callers,
outsourced resources, marketing efforts) to ensure key performance
metrics are met
--- Maintain, Develop and Execute recruiting strategies
--- Interview and offer Letter of Intent to qualified
Apprentices/Non-Licensed individuals looking to get into real
estate
--- Interview and hire for other positions needed for the team
including Office Staff, Inside Sales Agents, Showing Agents, etc.
when needed
--- Manage WizeHire Account & Maintain Updated Job Profiles
--- Manage Licensing Process with RE/MAX Results and ensure
licensees on the team are keeping up with licensing
requirements
Qualifications:
--- A love for meeting with agents and building connections
--- Experience with sales and/or recruiting, technical recruiting a
plus
--- Strong written/verbal communication skills, good organizational
abilities and calm under pressure
--- A passion for developing future team-raving fans
--- An advocate for our core values and team culture & dedicated to
finding people who will fit and thrive with us
--- Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to
demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system
from position opening to onboarding
--- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human
resources work
--- Be a self-motivated, self-starter and be driven to complete
tasks and doesn't need to be micro-managed
--- Hold self-accountable to measurable of success
--- Experience using PC - Windows 10; Microsoft: Outlook, Excel,
Word; Google Online: Docs, Sheets, Forms
--- Typing Speed minimum of 50 WPM
--- Real Estate License (preferred)
--- Must be willing to work in the office & drive offsite for
meetings
