• Salary range 007: $ to $ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.) What's involved in this role : We are looking for a Program Manager OT Strategy and Architecture in Eden Prairie, MN.
  • Develop and implement an OT security roadmap in alignment with the overall cybersecurity strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CISO office and IT teams to ensure synergy between OT and IT security planning.
  • Define and manage budget allocation processes and priorities for OT security initiatives.
  • Establish and collect requirements for OT security programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and expand OT security governance documents, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, norms, and standards for OT environments.
  • Conduct OT security audits, gap analyses, and propose effective solutions to mitigate identified risks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between OT and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. What you need to join our team:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
    • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT and OT security required.
    • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and implementation of security programs for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technologies (OT) required.
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent required.
    • In-depth knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC.
    • Familiarity with NIST ICS Framework standards.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for IT and OT security goals and objectives to business stakeholders. We dairy you!
