Seeking experienced manufacturing operations manager who can:

*** Manage entire operation ensuring quality and quantity performance of production.

*** Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical and Customer Service Site Supervisory Staff for total coordination to provide customers with quality products, timely delivery and assure a profitable operation.

*** Maintain control of budget.

*** Interface with regulatory agencies.

*** Hire, coach and develop team members.

*** Oversee capital projects.

Required:

*** BS degree in Business or similar.

*** Extensive experience developing a lean manufacturing environment.

*** Experiencing building and managing highly specialized teams.
