This role is within Medicare and Retirement Government Quality Programs. This position will provide valuable support of existing predictive models that identify high risk populations and opportunities around critical aspects of patient's health experience, including communication with their doctors, coordination of their healthcare needs, getting care quickly, getting needed prescription drugs and helpful customer service. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of innovative machine learning solutions to solve complex problems
  • Source, clean and perform exploratory data analysis to verify data integrity and provide input to assist with model development
  • Identify new data sources and provide recommendations on added value
  • Build and maintain analytical datasets for both exploratory and predictive modeling
  • Support business needs around analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence
  • Communicate findings, verbally and visually, to business stakeholders -
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as required -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field
    • 3+ years of experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL or preferred programming language
    • 3+ years of experience manipulating data across multiple platforms -Preferred Qualifications:

The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400.
