Licensed Mental Health Professional Holland Center is a distinguished autism therapy center in the Twin Cities. Holland Center offers outpatient autism therapy services for children of all ages on the Autism Spectrum. Holland Center's mission is to provide children and families high quality, integrated treatment all under one roof. We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, and biomedical interventions between our two locations in Minnetonka and Mendota Heights. Holland Center is seeking a licensed Mental Heath Professional to join our established clinical team within this dynamic and rewarding role. We are seeking to hire qualified and collaborative Mental Health Professionals who are compassionate and have experience working with individuals with ASD and/or related conditions. Required Qualifications MA, MS, required Must have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience in the evaluation and treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or related conditions Must be a licensed mental health professional with one of the following credentials: - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (preferred) - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Must be able to provide treatment, diagnose, and evaluate within the scope of your practice and license. Must have experience working with children in a clinical setting. Must be able to pass DHS background check study. Roles & Responsibilities Complete brief diagnostic assessments as part of our intake process for new clients and determine medical necessity and fit for services Monitor, approve and sign the person's initial ITP and each updated ITP Supervise, manage, review and oversee all aspects of CTSS services, treatment and documentation (including case notes, evaluations, and other documentations) provided by behavioral technicians Ensure the individual treatment plan (ITP) and all CTSS services provided take into consideration the person's and family's values, goals, preferences, culture and language Ensure an appropriate clinical supervision schedule is in place for all ABA program providers, including determining an appropriate supervisor-to-supervisee ratio and documenting all clinical supervision functions as required by program and state requirements. Assume full professional responsibility for the services provided by each provider conducting services under the ABA program, including their actions and decisions. Evaluate social and family information and assist in determining plans for social treatment. Interview client/families to obtain social history. Involve the client/family in planning social service programs when possible. Assist parents/caregivers in researching and understanding adjunct therapies and the potential benefits for the child. Refer the child and their family served to other community providers as appropriate and necessary. Provide information to clients/families as to medicare/medicaid, and other financial assistance programs available to the clients. Assist in providing solutions for social and practical environmental problems including seeking financial assistance, discharge planning (including collaboration with community agencies), and referrals to other community agencies when specialized assistance is required. Attend and participate in clinical and professional meetings as requested, necessary, and appropriate. Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of social care plans and resident assessments.
