Emerald Crest of Minnetonka is hiring experienced Part-Time and Full-Time Resident Assistants (Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)) to join our memory care team. We recently increased our wages and we're offering up to a $2,000 Bonus!Pay: $16 - $21.50 pay range (DOE + shift diff).There are Part-Time (Day, Evening, or Night) and Full-Time (Day, Evening, or Night), benefit eligible positions available working a varied schedule including every other weekend. There is a $1.00 shift differential for evening and night shift. Part-Time will be eligible for a $1,000 Bonus; Full-Time will be eligible for a $2,000 Bonus. Benefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)Healthcare, Dental benefits for Full-Time employeesSupplemental Benefits (vision, life, disability, and more) for Full-Time employeesFlex Spending Accounts for Full-Time employeesOn-site ParkingRetirement with employer matchCompetitive wages with credit for experience!Tuition Discount OpportunitiesWork with an amazing team with decades of experience!Resident Assistant responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living.Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.Aide in programming and activities with residents.Monitoring the safety and well being of our clients.Prepare meals.Perform other duties as requested.Resident Assistant skills and requirements:Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts We will train you! Night shift must have 1+ year of experience.A passion for geriatric care.Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital.Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.Cassias Response to COVID-19:Cassia is serious about your safety and healthit is our number one priority.
