Job DetailsDescriptionThis Summit Orthopedics position is subject to the requirements outlined in the recent Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Final Rule making Covid-19 vaccinations mandatory for employees in most health care settings, including those in Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Candidates for employment who will perform work within any of Summit's Ambulatory Surgery Centers will need to be fully vaccinated, which means at least two weeks post final vaccine, or have been granted an approved medical or religious exemption prior to a start date.Personal Growth. The nurse functions as an integral part of the surgical team. The RN possesses expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, equipment, tools, and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.This position is a part-time, .625, 50 hours per pay period day role primarily based at our Minnetonka Surgery Center. 10 hour shifts (subject to change) flexibility to float as needed.Position eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On bonus.Summit Health ASO, provides administrative and clinical support to our full spectrum of orthopedic care services in our sub-specialty clinics, walk-in care at our OrthoQUICK clinics, imaging, bracing, therapy, surgery, and post-surgical stays at our Care Suites.
