Compensation: Starting at $65 hourly

Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health and Wellness some of the roles and responsibilities will be:

--- Interpret patient labs.
--- Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records.
--- Perform initial physical assessment and chart patient.
--- Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy.
--- Initiate referrals & maintain health records.
--- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
--- Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
--- Refill medication orders.

Qualifications:
--- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
--- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
--- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
