The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation.   • Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Required Certifications and Licensures:
    • Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
    • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
