We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Location: Eleva, Wisconsin Pay: $256 per day Schedule: One weekend a month one week a yearAre you passionate about making a meaningful difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and engaging individual to join our team as a Teen Respite Provider! Receptive to parent feedback and guidance Skilled in redirection and de-escalation techniques Committed to building trust and having fun along the way What You’ll Be Doing: Providing one-on-one care and supervision to a teen with special needs Supporting daily routines, including online schooling Using positive behavior strategies to manage challenging moments Encouraging independence and social engagement Participating in the teen’s favorite activities Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S. Pass a criminal and caregiver background check Experience with caregiving or working with individuals with special needs (preferred) Valid driver’s license (a plus) Perks & Benefits: Flexible schedule Supportive and responsive employer High-impact, fulfilling work Ready to make a difference?
