Position Summary: We’re looking for mature, dependable, and
compassionate individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers.
You’ll support seniors in the community with daily living
activities and companionship, allowing them to age comfortably and
safely in their own homes. ________________________________________
Location: Edina and surrounding areas / South Metro Area, MN Shifts
Available: Day, evening, overnight Hours: 12–36 hours per week
(flexible scheduling) ________________________________________
Responsibilities: • Light housekeeping & laundry • Meal preparation
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance • Toileting support •
Medication reminders • Companionship & conversation •
Transportation & errands • Dementia care
________________________________________ Qualifications: • High
school diploma or equivalent • 21 years of age or older • Valid
driver’s license & reliable vehicle with auto insurance • Pass a
background and DMV check • Excellent communication skills (verbal &
written) • Completion of a 2-Step TB Test (Mantoux) • Dementia care
experience preferred ________________________________________
