Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 3040.00 Opportunity: PT - Physical Therapist Job Details: • Work 8-10 hour flexible day shifts • Guaranteed 40 hours per week over 13-week contract • No weekend, holiday, float, or on-call requirements • Must reside within 50 miles of facility per radius rule • Required certifications: BLS and WI PT license • Master's degree required • General PT/Ortho skills required; new graduates welcome • Epic charting experience preferred • Treat 8-10 patients focusing on ortho outpatient care • Pediatric and workman's compensation experience a plus • Business casual attire required • Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours • May be placed on call for low census with minimum 2-hour call back pay • During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care.
