Job Description Job Description Job Title: Radiology Manager Job Type: Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Location: Saint Peter, MN, 56082 Salary Range: $93,308.80 – $140,504.00 per year Job Description: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department Provide leadership in project management, financial performance, quality improvement, and patient care Establish department goals, policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Develop staff competencies, training programs, and ongoing education Hire, mentor, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage payroll, PTO, and disciplinary actions Ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide coverage during weekends or holidays as needed Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Prepare and manage departmental budgets, variance reports, and annual financial plans Monitor imaging statistics, perform data analysis, and submit required reports Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and quality programs Address patient and family concerns and document resolutions Support strategic planning, business development, and service line growth Participate in leadership, medical staff, and board meetings as required Provide clinical imaging support in the OR and PACU when needed, including portable and C-arm imaging Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Holiday pay National certification bonus Public retirement pension plan 457 retirement plan Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Employee referral and longevity bonuses Voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance Complimentary fitness center membership Requirements: Graduate of an accredited radiology program Current ARRT certification in Radiography (CT or Mammography preferred) Minimum 5–7 years of radiology services experience Minimum 2–3 years of manager or supervisor experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications Ability to manage staff, budgets, and departmental operations effectively Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or obtained within 3 months of hire) Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
