Job Description Job Description ABC Home Health Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in a home setting located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota . This is a single-client case in a stable home environment. No ventilator or tracheostomy care required. Available Shifts Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Flexible scheduling may be discussed. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care per care plan Administer medications and monitor vital signs Assist with ADLs as needed Observe/report changes in condition Maintain documentation Communicate with family and care team Qualifications Active Minnesota RN license Current BLS/CPR certification Home care experience preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Reliable transportation About Us ABC Home Health Solutions LLC is a Minnesota-based home care agency providing individualized private duty nursing services.
