Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide in-person support within a school setting in Mankato, MN.
This full-time contract position is ideal for professionals seeking
a rewarding role working with students from birth through 8th
grade. The assignment is focused on covering a maternity leave from
December through mid-April. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored
occupational therapy services to a diverse student population of
approximately 80-85 individuals. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and support staff to create and implement individualized
therapy plans. Assess student needs and progress, adapting
interventions to support physical, sensory, and motor development.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and
guidelines. Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals
and progress. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed
Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
settings. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and
therapeutic techniques appropriate for children from birth to 8th
grade. Effective communication skills to engage with students,
parents, and educational staff. Ability to manage a full caseload
while maintaining flexibility and professionalism. Prior experience
covering maternity leave or temporary assignments is a plus.
Location: Mankato, MN In-person work environment within the school
