Clinic in Shakopee, MN, is seeking a BC/BE Physician to join our
busy and expanding OB/GYN department. This clinic has a strong
collaboration with a physician lead hospital administration focused
on growth. Very competitive first year salary guarantee and

general Ob/Gyn patient with sub-specialty care available when
needed. About this location: St. Francis Regional Medical Center,
located in Shakopee, MN, is a community-focused hospital offering
advanced medical care in a collaborative environment. With 798
employees, 459 physicians, and 86 staffed beds, St. Francis serves
over 115,000 patients annually through comprehensive inpatient,
outpatient, and emergency services. Practice Details: Twelve labor
and delivery locations; 11,000 deliveries/year; 48 clinics; 112
OBGYNs; 43 Certified Nurse Midwives, 14 Clinical APRNs, 8 Maternal
Fetal Medicine specialists, 5 Urogynecology specialists and 2
Gynecologic Oncologists. 4 Davinci Xi Robots at St Francis,
flexibility to tailor practice if especially interested in

RANGE: $325,000 to $500,000 annually PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education,
experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as
internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position
