Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, benefits eligible position Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus. Shifts : Evenings 2:30 PM 11:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Position Type : Part-Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus. Shifts: Days 6:30 PM 3:00 PM or Nights (NOC) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM or Every other weekend Days: 6:30am - 3:00pm Wage Range: $27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience) Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans. Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions. Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides. Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff. Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders. Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy. Documents care using electronic charting systems. Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties. Performs other duties as assigned. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing. Strong data collections skills. 2 years of LPN experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
