New Perspective is now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for our next full-time Dining Room Coordinator to join our Culinary Team at Carlson Parkway (Minnetonka, MN) community. (Bonus Eligibility - New Team Members Only. Your primary responsibility is to use your knowledge, hospitality and service skills to ensure that residents and guests are enjoying their dining experience. You will train and mentor our servers in place setting, menu presentation, seating arrangements/reservations, order taking, tray setup/delivery, portioning of food, coffee/juice beverage machines, service during meals, bussing of tables, and cleanup to ensure the dining room front of house (FOH) runs smoothly and complies with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
