• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while keeping a clean and sanitized workstation
• Wash work tables and food prep stations to cleanliness standards
• Able to work with different cleaning chemicals to wash dishes, as well as stock and restock the cleaning supplies
• Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Assist with all cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and taking the trash out while following all sanitation and safety procedures
• Complete any additional duties that may be assigned by the Chef
• Collect used kitchenware from dining or kitchen areas in addition to restocking clean kitchenware
• Responsible for loading and unloading the dishwashing machine
